🏁 VINTAGE HONDA XR75 — NO RESERVE! This 1974 Honda XR75 is a classic example of Honda’s legendary mini off-road bike, combining vintage charm with modern reliability. Finished in metallic gray, it features a black vinyl-upholstered solo seat, a chrome cross-braced handlebar, high-mounted fenders, an aftermarket upswept exhaust system, chrome Showa preload-adjustable shocks, and a side stand. Acquired by its current owner in 2024, the bike received a comprehensive refresh including overhauling the 72cc four-stroke single, rebuilding the Keihin carburetor, and replacing the kickstart mechanism, timing chain tensioner, fork seals, brake shoes, and assorted controls and cables. Power is routed to the rear wheel through a four-speed manual transmission and a drive chain with upper and lower guards. Wire-spoke wheels with 16″ front and 14″ rear chromed-steel rims and drum-brake hubs wear older Cheng Shin tires. 🛠️ RECENT REFRESHMENT WORK

Work completed within the last year included refreshing the 72cc four-stroke single, overhauling the Keihin carburetor, and replacing the kickstart mechanism, timing chain tensioner, fork seals, brake shoes, and assorted controls and cables. The engine side cases were refinished under prior ownership. The seller states the forks seals were replaced within the last year, along with the brake shoes.

⚙️ ENGINE & PERFORMANCE

The 72cc four-stroke single features a kick starter and an aftermarket upswept exhaust system that the seller believes was made by DG. According to the seller, work completed within the last year included replacing the kickstart mechanism, timing chain tensioner, gaskets and seals, and overhauling the Keihin carburetor and replacing the float and float needle. Power is routed to the rear wheel through a four-speed manual transmission and a drive chain with upper and lower guards.

🛞 WHEELS & SUSPENSION

Wire-spoke wheels with 16″ front and 14″ rear chromed-steel rims along with drum-brake hubs are mounted with older Cheng Shin tires. Suspension consists of a telescopic fork with black gaiters as well as dual chrome Showa preload-adjustable shocks mounted to the swingarm. There is corrosion on the rear wheel rim.
