🎒 THE ULTIMATE PORTABLE MINIBIKE!
The 1970 Fuji Go-Devil is a marvel of compact engineering. Designed to fold up and fit into a suitcase for transport or storage, this minibike is the ultimate companion for those who value portability without sacrificing fun. Acquired by the seller in 2015, this Go-Devil is a rare and fascinating piece of micro-mobility history.
🎨 DESIGN & PORTABILITY
The square tube frame, fuel tank, and pull-start housing are finished in red, giving the Go-Devil a classic, sporty look. Details include a brown vinyl seat recovered under prior ownership, as well as rubber-tipped foot pegs. The headlight, taillight, and associated wiring were added under prior ownership. The bike weighs just 70 pounds and folds down for storage and transport into a 16.5″-high, 24″-long, 11.75″-wide space. The sale includes a blue Go-Devil-branded carrying bag, which the seller notes is fragile and not sufficient for shipping the bike.
⚙️ ENGINE & PERFORMANCE
The air-cooled 53cc two-stroke single was manufactured by Fuji Heavy Industries and features a recoil starter, a partially-shrouded cylinder head, and an exhaust system that exits under the seat. A replacement battery was installed by the seller. The bike is equipped with a primary drive belt, a centrifugal clutch, and a drive chain.
🛞 WHEELS & SUSPENSION
Two-piece 5″ wheels are finished in silver and wear 4.00″-wide Nitto tires. Braking is handled by a single drum at the rear. A swingarm mounted with dual chrome-shrouded shocks comprises the bike’s only suspension. The twist-and-pull-up chrome handlebars are fitted with black rubber grips as well as a twist-grip throttle on the right and a rear brake lever on the left.
